Member Agreement

Acceptance and eligibility

This agreement is a contract between you and Verion Ads for the use of Verion Ads (verionads.com). By creating an account or using the service you accept it, together with the Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you register for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password and API tokens secret; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person or company per account unless we approve otherwise. Duplicate accounts used to gain credits are not allowed.
• Tell us immediately at support@verionads.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

The services

Verion Ads lets advertisers buy reach and lets publishers monetise traffic through the formats and channels enabled on the platform — including website traffic exchange, banners, text and native ads, ad zones, marketplace channels and professional services. Features can be added, changed or retired; we will give reasonable notice when a change materially affects you.

Credits, payments and refunds

• Prices are shown before checkout, in the stated currency and including VAT where it applies. A tax invoice is issued for every paid order.
• Credits (hits, impressions, shows) are a licence to use the platform; they have no cash value and cannot be transferred, except through features that explicitly allow it, such as the cash wallet.
• Payments are confirmed with the payment provider before credits are added. Chargebacks or reversed payments remove the matching credits.
• Unused paid credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase when they have not been used. Credits removed for fraud are not refundable.
• Professional services follow their own scope, price and delivery time shown on the service page; the order closes when you approve the delivery.

Advertiser rules

Ads and landing pages must be legal, honest and safe. The following are not allowed:

• Malware, phishing, deceptive downloads, or redirects that hide the real destination.
• Adult, gambling, weapons, drugs, counterfeit or other content prohibited by applicable law or our content policy.
• Misleading claims, fake system alerts, or creatives that imitate another brand.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights.

Creatives are reviewed before delivery and can be paused at any time if they break these rules.

Publisher rules

• Only place tags on sites you own or are authorised to manage, and that comply with the content rules above.
• Never click your own ads, ask others to click, use bots, auto-refresh, incentivised clicks outside approved formats, or hidden placements.
• Do not alter tags, stack ads, or place them where they mislead visitors.
• Show a privacy notice and obtain consent from your visitors where the law requires it.

Traffic quality and anti-fraud

We use automated and manual checks — timers, security codes, IP and device signals, quality scores and pattern analysis — to protect advertisers and honest publishers.

Invalid activity is not paid. We may withhold, reverse or remove credits and earnings linked to it, limit features, or suspend the account. You can appeal any decision through a support ticket.

Content and intellectual property

You keep all rights to the creatives, sites and content you submit. You grant Verion Ads a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, review, display and deliver that content for as long as needed to provide the service.

The platform, its software, brand and design belong to Verion Ads. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer them.

Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. When you use publisher tags, you are responsible for informing your own visitors and collecting any consent your law requires.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We work for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery or specific campaign results.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

• You can close your account at any time from support.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break this agreement, create legal risk, or stay inactive for a long period, giving reasons unless the law or an investigation prevents it.
• On closure, unused earned credits are forfeited; paid credits follow the refund rules above.

Changes to this agreement

We may update this agreement. We post the new version here and notify members of material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the update.

Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We encourage you to contact support first — most issues are resolved quickly. Unresolved disputes go to the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless mandatory consumer law gives you another forum.
